We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
For replacement & reversepickup, a reverse pickup cost is applicable (Rs 70 - Rs 90).
Refunds are transferred as store credit. Bank based refunds are subject to company policies. A standard cost of Shipping & Handling will be deducted before refund is initiated. Please check Refund Policies for more details.
Replacement is possible for Fitting Issues & Manufacturing Defects Only.
If Washed Or Used Product Is Shipped, The Package Will Be Returned Back.
In the unlikely event that your Product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit.
Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from Team Aesthetic Nation. We will not offer any replacement in such a case.
