Problem with service not with product.

Will definitely give good reviews about product but I have a big problem with service part. I have purchased 2 products cooldry performance jogger and freeze jacket yesterday through UPI payment. Amout is deducted from my account. But still I didn't get any order confirmation mail or Text MSG from you guys. Rather I am getting mails that complete your purchase item is still in cart. Since morning I am trying to call at customer services number given but it's switched off. I also got an WhatsApp msg says " your cart item are waiting to help you slay" Its really disappointing. In last 7 month its my 5th purchase from aesthetic nation that means I have no issues with product or its quality. I sent mail with screenshots of UPI payment but no response from you guys. A normal purchase has become a headache for me. Messaging and mailing you people keeping my work aside. Atleast you must give reply of mails.

Apologies on the experience you've had. Unfortunately this is a technical problem from the payment gateways where out of 100s of orders one or the other order may not send sufficient information of the purchase back to us which causes abandonment. But we are happily here to solve your concern & an order has been placed manually to assure that you don't lose on anything.
