You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for Exchange, Store Credits, or Bank Refunds. Any item from Clearance sales, socks or hoodies will not be eligible for Exchange or Return. Please note that any return or exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Any request placed after this period will be subject to a Quality Control (QC) procedure before acceptance.

Return Submission Timeline:

If your order is delivered on the 1st of the month, the 1st is considered Day One. The last date for submitting a return request is the 6th of the month (7th day). Any delay in submitting the return request will not be accepted by our automated return platform.

Refund Policy:

Bank Refunds are processed after deducting handling fees and shipping charges (Rs. 160 per product).

Customers who have requested multiple returns are not eligible for Bank Refunds.

Bank refund processing takes 5-12 working days, depending on when we receive your package in unused condition.

A valid video proof is required while handing over the package to ensure the product matches your return request.

Exchange/Replacement Policy:

Exchange requests must be placed within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges are possible only once per order.

Products purchased from the Clearance section or received as free items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, except in cases of manufacturing defects, where we will arrange the reverse pickup at no additional cost.

We dispatch orders within 24 hours, excluding Sundays.

Delivery typically occurs within 2-5 working days.
