BANK REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AFTER THE DEDUCTION OF HANDLING FEES & SHIPPING CHARGES (160 RS / PRODUCT). IF YOU HAVE REQUESTED RETURNS MULTIPLE TIMES ON OUR STORE, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR BANK REFUNDS.
CLEARANCE SALES PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR PRODUCT WASN’T PURCHASED FROM THE CLEARANCE SECTION. ANY FREE PRODUCT RECEIVED CAN NOT BE RETURNED BACK FOR AN EXCHANGE WITH A DIFFERENT PRODUCT.
BANK REFUND- (Multiple Return Customers Are Not Eligible For Bank Refunds).
Bank Refunds are costly on the pockets of the eCommerce stores as we pay costs such as Marketing, 2 times Shipping & warehousing (Approximately 30-50% Of Your Order Value). To support the growth of Indian E-commerce Businesses, we request you consider twice before applying for a bank refund. We try to compensate the cost by deducting Shipping as well as handling costs from the total order value (Actual amount paid to us). A standard fee of Rs. 160 shall be deducted per product to avail bank refunds in your bank account.
Bank refund processing takes 5-12 working days & we request you be patient as we process your request. The Bank refund is only processed as we receive your package in unused condition. A valid video proof while handing over the package is mandatory to assure that you hand over the exact same product as per your return request. If the package/product is stolen or if you send the wrong or used products, Aesthetic Nation holds no responsibility to refund the amount without a piece of video evidence.
EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENT
If you would like to exchange your purchase for alternative items at Aesthetic Nation, please apply for exchange 48 hours from the date of delivery by applying through our portal.
Exchange is only possible once per order. Any order that consists of Free Products such as Vests, Hoodies cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Exchanged goods can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received by us and have undergone a quality control check. The cost of shipping is borne by the customer. In case if there's any manufacturing defect, we will arrange the reverse pickup at our own cost. 99% of the time the products are defect-free and are passed through a double quality check. The defect will only be identified on receiving the goods at our warehouse. The replacement will be shipped after Quality control of the product is sent back.
We have 2 methods to return back the product or products back to us.
- You can self-ship the product back at the same address as mentioned on the package. One side shipping remains the customer's responsibility. Once you ship the parcel, kindly share the tracking details (Receipt) for our reference.
- We offer a reverse pickup facility at an additional fee of Rs 75 per product for TrackPants / Leggings. and or Rs. 50 per product for T-shirts, Shorts, Vests as product handling & logistics cost (Reverse Pickup). No Reversepick is available for Hoodies or Caps. Please realize that we bear cost of shipping which is 1.5x the cost of forward shipping (your delivery). Basically, costing is delivery + pickup cost. Hence we charge a nominal fees for the reversepickup.
